The products we offer are intended for laboratory/hobbyist research use only. In purchasing any of these items, the customer acknowledges that there are risks involved with consumption or distribution of these products. These chemicals are NOT intended to use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals or other inappropriate applications. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. 
 
All customers represent and warrant that through their own review and study that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following:
   > Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products.
   > The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products they purchase.
   > The necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products.
 
WorldPeptides.ca reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any unqualified individuals. All customers MUST be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products.
 
IN NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL WORLDPEPTIDES.CA BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER PURCHASER'S CLAIM IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. IN DIRECT CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING THE SALE OF ANY PRODUCT TO THE PURCHASER, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASER'S HANDLING, POSSESSION, AND/OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY SUBSTANCE. ANY SALE WOULD BE DENIED OTHERWISE.
 
Conditions of Use
WorldPeptides.ca products are intended for laboratory/hobbyist research purposes ONLY and unless otherwise stated are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to food and/or drugs, medical devices, vitro diagnostic purpose, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. The purchaser agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by WorldPeptides.ca for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use. The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to WorldPeptides.ca that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from WorldPeptides.ca and/or materials produced with products purchased from WorldPeptides.ca in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted. The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.
 
The purchaser realizes that, since WorldPeptides.ca products are, unless otherwise stated, intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from WorldPeptides.ca are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.
 
Purchaser has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from WorldPeptides.ca. Purchaser agrees to comply with instructions, if any, furnished by WorldPeptides.ca relating to the use of the products and not misuse the products in any manner. No products purchased from WorldPeptides.ca shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics.
 
By purchasing from this website you assert that you are at least 18 years of age. All patrons of this website understand and are in agreement of the following:
 
(I) Human ingestion or any form of bodily introduction of the products sold on this website is inappropriate use. These chemicals are strictly limited to testing and laboratory research.
 
(II) That the chemicals sold here can be dangerous if used in an inappropriate manner.
 
(III) That the use of these products is strictly limited to laboratory / scientific research and are not intended for recreational, medical, food additive, animal use, or any other use that does not relate to the due course of research.
 
(IV) Patrons of this website also agree to hold it's proprietor(s) free from any and all liability resulting from harm of any kind having to do with the intentional or accidental misuse or inappropriate use of the products sold by this website.
 
(V) At no time shall employees of this company, or agents thereof be expected to give implicit or explicit information on any research chemical sold here and how it may relate to use in humans. At no time will a response be granted to any type of communication that expresses interest in gathering information on human ingestion of the products sold on this website with the exception of a "refusal of service" notification (see below, paragraph VIII).
 
(VI) All patrons of this website definitively understand that WorldPeptides.ca is solely a (licensed and permitted) freelance supplier of agricultural / laboratory research chemicals and does not / will not give out technical information on the research products sold here UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Furthermore, all patrons of this website are assumed to be qualified researchers.
 
(VII) Patrons of this website also understand that deviating from any of the above guidelines constitute a valid cause for denial of future transactions. All patrons are strongly discouraged from deviation of these guidelines due to a strict adhesion (zero tolerance) policy against inappropriate (human) use.
 
(VIII) REFUSAL OF SERVICE NOTIFICATION: Patrons of this website understand that any communication alerting to the inappropriate use of the products for sale on this website can / will be answered with a "refusal of service" notification.
 
These chemicals are not intended to be drugs, medications, or pharmaceutical preparations as defined by the United States Code.
